Overview
Most ideas fail between CAD and handling. This track keeps that distance short — design for print or mill, build, test, and revise in the same day. The through-line is tolerance and finish: a part that looks right but doesn't fit or survive handling isn't done.

Workflow
Blocks
01 — CAD
Fusion 360; design for manufacture, not just shape.
02 — Additive
Ultimaker Cura; orientation and support tuned for load, not looks.
03 — Subtractive
Mill, weld, and finish — where strength or precision is required.
04 — Assembly
Hardware, fit checks, and field handling — the test is use.
